The Redding and Willow Creek routes are fully operational and on schedule 5 days a week.

The Hayfork routes are full operational and on schedule 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

8:30 a.m.

Starting Tuesday 9/6/21, subject to change with road conditions:

The Redding routes are running on schedule every day.

The Willow Creek routes are running one hour early every day, under current 299 closures.

The Hayfork routes are running on schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The Lewiston routes are running on schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Due to road closures, Trinity Transit is operating its morning Willow Creek route 1 hour early. There will be no evening Willow Creek route until further notice.

The Redding route is fully operating today (8/26/21).

Evacuees who would like to return Downriver may request a ride by leaving your number at (530) 623-1365 ext. 3400. You will receive a phone call confirming your request.

Evacuees who would like to return Downriver may request a ride by calling (530) 623-1365. This special route is for evacuees only.

Monday, August 23, 2021

2:15 p.m.

Starting today (8/23/21), the Willow Creek route will run from Weaverville to Downriver for evacuees who would like to return home by request only. To request a ride, call (530) 623-1365 as soon as possible to schedule pick-up at our regular stops.

9:45 a.m.

The Redding, Lewiston, and Hayfork routes are running as scheduled today.

The Redding, Lewiston, and Hayfork routes are running as scheduled today.

There will be no evacuation services over the weekend.

Thursday, August 19, 2021

3:00 p.m.

For tomorrow (8/20/21), the Redding, Lewiston, and Hayfork routes will be running as scheduled. The Redding route has a stop at the Red Cross Evacuation Center at Shasta College.

It is very important that evacuees utilize transit services while they are available. At this point in time, Trinity Transit will NOT be providing special evacuation services over the weekend.

11:00 a.m.

It is very important that evacuees without means of transportation to utilize Trinity Transit’s services today and tomorrow. At this point in time, Trinity Transit will not be providing special evacuation services over the weekend as our drivers must prepare for evacuations as well.

7:00 a.m.

Redding routes are fully operational today.

2:00 p.m.

At this point in time, Trinity Transit will run just the Redding route tomorrow (8/19/21).

If you cannot ride an available route and need transportation to the Red Cross Evacuation Center at Shasta College, call Trinity County Emergency Operations Center at (530) 623-1116.

Pets are NOT accepted at the evacuation center. Arrangements can be made by calling the Trinity County Animal Shelter at (530) 623-1370 (option #1).

11:30 a.m.

• Lewiston route: Regular routes will be running as scheduled.
• Redding: Regular routes will be running as scheduled. This route has a special stop at Shasta College evacuation center*.
• Hayfork: Hayfork afternoon routes will be tentatively running as scheduled.
• Willow Creek: Closed until further notice.


*All rides to and from the Shasta College Evacuation Center are free. Pets will NOT be accepted at the Shasta College Evacuation Center.
